Our Values
Commitment to Excellence
We know that it takes more than a top-notch resume to make a great tutor. That is why we put a strong emphasis on teaching skills and success in a professional work environment. We also continually review tutoring sessions providing feedback to our local tutors so that they can continue to deliver an excellent tutoring experience.
Commitment to Quality
To ensure our tutoring program remains the highest quality in the industry, our Academic Consultants regularly conduct professional reviews for each tutor and obtain feedback from students.
Our Selection Process 123
-
Personally Evaluated When in need of new tutors, we always first network through friends and current tutors. We strongly believe that "good tutors know other good tutors". Also, each tutor is personally interviewed by one of our Academic Consultants and even then, we only hire the top 10%. -
Education and Credentials Only those tutors from top schools and with a proven professional track record of success are chosen from the pool of candidates that we interview. We understand that part of being a good tutor is also being a good role model. -
Background Checks As a third step to our rigorous screening process, we perform a national background check on all of our tutors. To be the best company, we need to hire the best tutors.
