Tutor Bio:
Ellen believes that through education, human beings can connect and be inspired. She graduated with a BA from Columbia University and now I am a MFA candidate at California Institute of the Arts.

Ellen has held a full time teaching position at the Prem Center for International Education (an IB School in Chiang Mai, Thailand) and in the New York City public schools. Ellen has also taught at the Patravadi Theatre in Bangkok, as well as workshops for children on Education Television (ETV) Channel in Thailand. Her experience teaching conflict resolution in Washington Heights (NYC) has helped her cope with adversity and develop patience in educational environments.

In addition to more traditional classroom settings, Ellen has taught private English lessons, piano lessons, and music theory lessons.
