Tutor Bio:
Shiva Massachi loves teaching and helping others learn. She is a UCLA student who is great at explaining concepts so that students really understand the material. Shiva enjoys teaching subjects like math.

For instance, she will go over textbook and homework problems with the student and answer any questions he or she may have. If the student does not understand a problem Shiva will go over it step by step and explain why it is done the way it is. To make sure he or she has grasped the concept, Shiva will make up her own sample problems for the student to do.

Shiva enjoys tutoring because she is good at it. She is a good student herself because of her own learning and study methods. She would like to share her knowledge and help other students become and stay successful in school.
