I believe that teenagers are the most important resources on the planet. The potential of their energy and ideas is exponential, yet all to often they are marginalized. That's why I am Master Teacher and Mentor with over 17 years experience leading teenagers and young adults; I want to raise up the student. What sets me apart from other teachers is my multifaceted and insightful personal 1:1 approach.

I believe that the student is the true expert on his/her learning needs; therefore, I first ask the student to tell their story to provide me with primary data. I then gather more data, trusting the student to answer my own follow up questions. This initial conversation clarifies just what is required to move learning forward for each particular student, helping to create an appropriate and viable plan of action.
