I grew up in Philadelphia, PA, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. I have always been passionate about the performing arts and when I’m not tutoring, I seek out the best live Jazz shows. I am also an avid hiker and love to explore the best trails throughout Northern and Southern California.

With over five years of experience, I am a seasoned tutor who has worked with students from across the globe. I have a vast array of experience tutoring in various formats – remote, in-person, and one-on-one. I specialize in helping students with their college admissions strategies, guiding them through the entire process – from developing a compelling application narrative to perfecting their college essays. I have a proven track record of success with many of my students gaining acceptance into elite universities. I also work with elementary, middle, and high school students to help them excel in their school subjects. I am dedicated to helping my students reach their full potential and achieve their academic goals.

I am dedicated to providing a fun and interactive learning experience for my students. My teaching style is rooted in understanding each student’s unique learning needs, and tailoring my instruction to best fit their strengths and weaknesses. I create an encouraging and positive environment where my students can thrive and build the confidence they need to excel in their academic pursuits. With a passion for writing, math, history, and various other subjects, I’ve helped many of my students achieve top grades.
