Viewpoint School is where TK-12 students become world-ready, growing into grounded individuals, resilient learners, and connected global citizens who are inspired to meet the challenges of an unpredictable future. Viewpoint School is committed to inspiring leadership in students, in all its forms, one student at a time. There are as many ways of being a leader as there are individuals, and our mission is to recognize and develop the individuality in each student. From leading a Primary School assembly to exhibiting quiet confidence in the studio or gym, at Viewpoint, students are encouraged to “find your voice, give your best, and go beyond.”
Viewpoint’s mission is to create exceptional readiness for an extraordinary future by cultivating the critical skill set courageous mindset, and resilient identity of each individual Viewpoint student. Our vision is a school where tradition connects us and innovation propels us; a community where families value unity in diversity; a world where education changes lives. Our values are love, honor, excellence, imagination, and optimism.
Challenging and meaningful social community.
Motivated, curious, eager.
At Viewpoint School, we believe that education can be both challenging and inspiring. When students are encouraged to actively pursue their passions and find meaning in their work, they develop the creative confidence they need to invent, create, and discover – the most critical skills for success in an unpredictable future. Clubs at Viewpoint School are sponsored, driven, led, and promoted by students, including Arts & Music Society, Environmental Sustainability Council, and Social Justice and Equity Club. Viewpoint School is also pleased to offer a number of After-School Enrichment classes for children in Primary and Lower Schools.
Our Upper School students thrive while experiencing a comprehensive college preparatory curriculum. Our academic program teaches students a fundamental body of knowledge, refines their aptitude for critical thinking, and fosters their capacity to exercise clear moral judgment. We are proud to offer 29 AP courses.
