Yes. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your tutor for any reason, we will gladly assist in finding you a new tutor and credit your account with one hour of tutoring. You must call us within 24 hours of the session in question in order to receive credit.

Academic Tutoring – Your tutor will assess your skill level on the first session and recommend the right tutoring plan based on your specific needs. The hours you purchase won’t expire and are transferable to friends or family.

Test Prep Tutoring – We offer a free diagnostic test (for most of standardized tests) to identify your areas of weakness. Your tutor will go over the test with you during your initial session and recommend an appropriate game plan.

We work around your schedule. We have tutors available from early in the morning to late at night, weekdays or weekends. You let us know your schedule and we’ll be sure to accommodate it.

Typically, tutoring sessions last for 2 hours. After having worked with thousands of clients, we have found that sessions shorter than 2 hours don’t leave enough time to comprehensively review new material. However, we understand that every student is different and may require shorter or longer sessions, so so our tutors are happy to make alternate arrangements. Our minimum requirement for a tutoring session is one hour.

We like to call the first session the “In-person Assessment Lesson”. Your tutor will assess your ability level (either academic tutoring or test prep) and create a personalized lesson plan based on your specific needs.

We’re an in-home tutoring company, which means our tutor come to your home; however, if you prefer to meet at a mutually convenient location like a local library or coffee shop, we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Our tutors will never accept payments directly from you. All payments must be submitted to our office via our online enrollment form or over the phone. All of our tutoring plans are prepaid unless special payment arrangements have been made in advance.

Yes! We offer one free hour of tutoring to both you and any family that you refer. Your referral credit becomes valid once the referral has completed their registration. We also offer one free hour of tutoring to any sibling that signs up with their own tutoring package.

We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled tutoring sessions. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be billed as if they had occurred. You are responsible for arriving on time to your scheduled meetings (if not meeting at home) or your tutor’s waiting time will be counted as part of the tutoring hours.
